Scarlet Blade Basic Guild Guide

Having and using a guild is important in Scarlet Blade. Like most of the MMO’s, having a guild enable you to have a ready pool of players that you can party with. In this basic guide, we will go over some of the functions offered in Scarlet Blade to help getting you started.

Creating a Guild

To create a guild, you need to have the following requirements:
Level 20 with at least 10 gold
Cannot be a member of any guild
Cannot have left or disbanded a guild within 24 hours.
Cannot have a guild name that has been used.

With the above requirements, you can create a guild by talk to Guild Manager NPC.

Guild Management and Ranks

Once your guild is created, you can assign ranks to your members. There are six ranks available.
Master (guild leader)
Captain
Council
Guard
Member

The guild master has the power to
1. assign ranks
2. limit the ability of members to access the guild warehouse
3. restrict the powers of certain ranks
4. subtract money from the guild bank.

How to Invite Members

In Scarlet Blade, there are two ways that you can do to invite people into your guild. Given that you have enough permission to do so.

1. Hit G to open the guild window. Click on Guild Info tab. Manage, then Invite to type another person’s name. They have to be online to accept the invitation.
2. Right click the person when they are in front of you, you can invite the person directly.

Guild Invitation Errors
Sometimes you are unable to invite additional members into your guild due to an error. This is caused by uninvited members in your invitation queue. To solve the error, simply decline some of the members that are on your invitation queue.

NPCs and Rooms

Guild Rooms
When you first create the guild, you will have access to a room with two NPC’s, the and . The room looks better when you level it up. When the guild reaches level 5 and rank 5, additional NPC’s are unlocked – and .

You can enter the Scarlet Blade guild room by visiting the Guild Room Caretaker/Concierge NPC in towns

Guild Donations Manager – Maple
This place let guild masters manage the donations and let everyone contribute to the guild by donating gold, exp, and tokens. Additional information please view Guild Donation.

Guild Warehouse Manager – Verdi
The NPC can let your guild members store items. The guild members can also add gold to the guild bank.

As your guild levels, you will be able to unlock additional warehouse slots.

Guild Item Merchant – Medea
Available after guild room upgrade level 5. You can buy pots.

Area Movement – Long-Range Portal
From here you can teleport to Enocia, Mereholt, Caergate, Barbiron, Viledon, and Nemesis.

Guild Levels

Guild Rank Level
When you first start your guild, it can hold a total of 20 members. At level 5, your guild can house a maximum of 50 members. The guild can be levels through members donating EXP. The guild EXP can be earned in 2 ways.

Donating EXP
You can donate EXP to the guild limited times per day. It should noted that donating EXP is based on the “Actual” number of EXP and not %. So be sure to input the full number of EXP that you wish to donate to your guild.

However, you will automatically donate a small portion of your EXP from the mobs you grind in dungeons. The EXP count is roughly 1%. But, this “donation” is “bonus” and do not subtract from your EXP earned in dungeons.

Guild Room Level
Your guild level is what will eventually contribute to your guild room and enabling your guild to get a better one. This can be done through gold donations, and only once per day per member.

Donation Limit
The amount of times
Level 1 – 1 maximum daily donation
Level 2 – 2 maximum daily donation
Level 3 – 3 maximum daily donation
Level 4 – 4 maximum daily donation
Level 5 – 5 maximum daily donation

Guild Quests

Guild quests can only be accepted by the guild leader from the NPC. All other guild members will see that “there are quests available to you”. It means that the guild leader has to accept the guild quests and gather the guild together to complete them.

The majority of the guild quests involve completing dungeons in party. So check with your guild leaders often to see if you can help out.
