Dragon Blaze World Boss Guide
The World Boss is another “leaderboard” feature of the game. You will have to compete with rest of the people on the server to see who can deal the most damage to the boss. In this world boss guide, we will go over some strategies and team setup that you can do to get higher score on the boss.
World Boss Basic
The World Boss fights are available weekly on Tuesday. You have 10 attempts to fight the World Boss using 2 tickets for each of the attempts. You cannot use any items during the fights.
The score that you receive is based on the amount of overall damage that you deal to the boss. Different World boss have different rewards based on rank in terms of accessories and rubies. We have attached the leadership reward list at the end of the guide.
It should be especially noted that you will get a 5 Rubies reward if you fight the World Boss 10 times. So you should always try to fight the full amount while testing out your own optimal strategy and build.
World Boss Ally Team Setup
Because the World Boss relies on your overall damage output, your goal is to dish out as much damage as you can while staying alive. Thus, we have the following recommendation to put together your perfect team against the World Boss.

In terms of gears, you want to equip all of your allies with gears that boost their burst DPS, this means the following stats are preferred.
Critical Rate > Critical Damage > Boss Damage = Weapon Attack
World Boss Fighting Technique
Lava Golem: The Lava golem enters rage mode after a set amount of time. It will show some text saying that you need to deal enough damage during the time. The golem will glow in yellow while preparing for that final attack. This is when you will have to time your attacks so that your strongest skills land during that time frame.
The first rage mode will take about 40k damage to diffuse, with subsequent rage modes requiring even more damage.
You should fight against World Boss in manual mode so that you can time your skill casts during the rage.
Warrior: No good active skill for World Boss
Priest: Hold off on Magnify and only cast team magnify until rage mode.
Rogue: Use Hidden Blade in the beginning and wait for rage to cast again. For Dance, hold off Dance of Death until rage mode starts. For better effect, hold off on Vanish to use together with the active skill to boost the burst damage.
Mage: Use Fireball in the beginning and wait for rage to cast again.
Archer: Time and save your aim to go along with Powerful Arrow against the world boss. Save the shots until the rage mode. Consider powering up Aim first for better timing for the powerful arrow.
