Rogue | Arcane Legends

The Rogue class is a fun damage dealer in Arcane Legends, however although it is a melee class, it has significantly weaker defenses compared to the Warrior class. Thus, you will have to play smart and strategically along with the Warrior and other classes. Although Rogues do have a few supportive classes, its strongest suit is still to deal great damage under a short period of time. Expect to use quite a bit of health potions at tight situations, but its overall damage output makes it a worthwhile class to play.

Rogue Stats

Below stats will affect the Arcane Legend’s Rogue’s combat effectiveness.
Strength: Health
Dexterity: Damage, Bonus Damage, Dodge, Critical
Intelligence: Mana

Potential Rogue Builds
As a rogue, your goal is really to dish maximum amount of damage possible. Thus, your Arcane Legends Rogue class primary focused stats would be Dex. However, due to the fact that you are still a melee class at heart, you will need enough Strength to have enough HP to take hits. With this in mind, you should go as much Dex as you can afford, while still keeping your health up to take hits without dying.

Max Damage
Pure Dex

Health Optimized stats
Consider going for 4 dex: 2 strength, or as far as 3 dex: 3 strength for an even higher HP pool if you find yourself constantly dying in battles.

Rogue Skill Builds

The Arcane Legends rogue skills are pretty balanced so that there is no one single best way to train and upgrade your skills. However, below we have provided a few sample builds to help you decide on the best skills for you to use and equip.

DPS Build
Max Noxious Bolt, Aimed Shot, and Razor Shield. The rest of points go into Shadow Power for more damage or Combat Medic for some minor heal support.

In this build, you forgo the healing ability and go for maximum damage. With sacrificed healing skill, you get the strongest single attacks in return. However, you may have to spam heal pots

Heal Damage Build Variations
Max Combat Medic and you can get the rest in both Noxious Bolt, Aimed Shot. You can put the 4th skill into any skill that you wish.

This build will result in a more support role while still dishing out damage. Your main focus is to take advantage of the heal skill coming from combat Medic.

Heal Support Variation
Max Combat, Razor Shield, Shadow Veil, and Marked Prey.

This build is aimed at another extreme to make a support Rogue, however not many people choose this route because it takes the “strong” part of Rogue out of the game. However you can still use this for a more group focused game play.

Rogue Gears and Stats Consideration

Follow through with the thoughts on building your Rogue, you want your gears to further boost your damage output. Go for the Rogue gears that offer you more Dex, and Str to keep you alive while taking few hits. For Arcane Legends pets choices, pets that boost your Str and Crit% such as Ribbit.
