What Terra Monsters Can Evolve
The Terra Monsters game is fixed such that only a couple of the Terra Monsters can evolve into higher level. We will compile a list of Terra Monsters later to list out the different evolution forms as well as their stats in the game. When a Terra Monster evolves, the appearance and size of the Terra monster change as well as receiving some stats boost and skills.
Terra Monsters Evolution Requirement
To make your Terra Monsters evolve, your monsters must satisfy both a Evolution Point, aka Terra point requirement and a level requirement. It should be noted that if you reach the Terra Monsters Evolution point requirement after the level requirement, you will have to level up your monster at least once or use an evolution stone. Thus do not be alarmed if your monster does not evolve even when you have enough Terra Monsters Evolution points to do so.
Earning Terra Monster Evolution Points
You can make your Terra Monster earn Terra points in a couple of ways. The first way that is free but will take you play time daily is to feed your monster and clean them. Once you have done so, the Terra Monster which had been cleaned and fed will earn 1 Evolution point the following day in Terra Monsters. The second way to earn evolution point is through evolution stones which can be found in the store.
If you use Ranch helper to help you with your Terra Monsters, he will feed and clean your Terra Monsters for a fee in addition to decreasing your healing time. Lastly, it should be noted that the type of food does not improve the amount of evolution point that your Terra Monsters receive, even if you feed them their favorite types of Terra Monster food.
Terra Monsters Evolution and Learning Skill Bug
This is a known problem in Terra Monsters that you will miss out on moves if you evolve your Terra Monster on the same level that it is supposed to receive a skill. To get the skill that you missed, follow this method that get your skills after evolving the Terra Monster.
While inside the game but not in chat, press enter and you should see a white bar on your character’s head. Type: givememymove. However this only works when your Terra Monster is at the same level that you are supposed to receive the new skill. In additional to this, it should be noted that if you catch a higher level Terra Monster but want to make it learn past moves, you can use the command: learnmovenpc. The command learnmovenpc will cost your 100 honor points to relearn moves before. This can be helpful if you want to replace it with an stronger attack move learned at earlier levels.
Evolution and Stats Consideration for Terra Monsters
When it comes to evolution in Terra Monsters, most players have questions regarding the stats of the base monster versus the evolved monsters. In the current game setup, the stats of all Terra Monsters is simply their base stats multiply by their current levels. This means that same level Terra Monsters, both evolved and basic, all have the same stats. However, in general the evolved form of Terra Monsters have stronger base stats than their basic counter parts, which in turn make them stronger stat-wise.
Pros and Cons of Evolution
In general, the pro of evolving your Terra Monsters can let it have stronger stats simply because they have stronger base stats than the base Terra Monsters. With higher overall stats, you will have easier time using and battling with your evolved forms of Terra Monsters. However, by evolving your Terra Monsters early, the only down fall is that you may miss out on some of the useful skills only learnable at lower evolution stages of the Terra Monster.
