Introduction

Having and using the right skills in Dragon Coins is extremely important. There are two types of skills in the game that you will encounter. These skills are active skills and leader skills. We will go over the basics of these skills, how to obtain them, and how unlock or level up the skills.

We have also provided a list of these skill which you can use Control + Find to look for if you are simply looking for the skill effects information.

At the end of the guide, a reference tool to help you look up both the active skill and leader skill of any given monster. You can filter and search via the Monster name or the skill name, this can help you figure out how to better level up your skills by farming the right monsters.

Please let us know if we have made any errors with the guide. We hope that this guide can help you excel in the game and plan your team members much easily.

Active Skill Basic

Using Your Normal Skills
Active skills are “activated” when you drop a skill box with a lightning symbol into your monster slot. The monster will show a lightning icon at the bottom left of their picture. After you have obtained the skill, execute them by tapping on your monster icon.

You can activate the skills at any time. However, you cannot “stack” the skill charges. This means that if you get more skill charges while holding one, you simply lose that additional active skill ability. Thus, it is a good practice to use your skills if you see an additional skill is going to drop soon.

Leveling Up Normal Skills
You can level up the normal skills by fusing another monster with the same skill. However, the skill level up appears to happen by chance, this means that you may need to fuse a couple of monsters before the skills can get ranked.

The skills generally increase in either the potency effect, or the duration when they level up.

Using “Souls” To Level Up
There are special “Souls” that are dropped from either normal mission or special missions. These souls cannot be evolved and are used as general skill leveling feeders.

All Power Soul, All Sniper Soul, All Blast Soul, One for All, Focus, All Storm, All High Power, Explosion, All Storm.

All Berserker:
Grants allies perfect clarity, ensuring every hit is critical!
All Blast:
Accelerates allies, doubling their attacks! (Bonus damage: minor)
All Blitz:
Team misses or does big damage! Odds are better when your HP is low!
All Camouflage:
Transforms the team into the locked-on enemy’s elemental weakness!
All Counter:
The whole team counterattacks whenever the enemy attacks!
All Fire:
Stirs allies’ rage, making the whole team Fire-type!
All Focus:
Team holds back, then looses stored attacks! Tap monster icon to cancel. Wait time increases with level!
All For One:

All Haste:
Improves team efficiency, lowering attack cost by one coin!
All High Power:
Invigorates allies, greatly raising the team’s attack power!
All Hunter:
Aids ally concentration, raising the team’s critical hit rate!
All Light:
Purifies allies’ minds, making the whole team Light-type!
All Null:
Neutralizes allies’ nature, making the whole team Null-type! This monster sells for a high price!
All Power:
Cheers on allies, raising the entire team’s attack power!
All Shadow:
Corrupts allies’ souls, making the whole team Shadow-type!
All Sniper:
Enhances ally focus, greatly raising the team’s critical hit rate!
All Storm:
Supercharges allies, doubling their attacks! (Bonus damage: major)
All Water:
Quiets allies’ hearts, making the whole team Water-type!
All Wood:
Fosters allies’ kindness, making the whole team Wood-type!
Beast Tamer:
Ups enemy attack counts through intimidation! Use it before they hit 0! Counts increase with level!
Berserker:
Grants perfect clarity, ensuring every hit is critical!
Big Silver:
Magically magnifies dropped coins, turning them giant!
Big Tri Tower:
Erects three big coin towers atop the stage! Tower size increases with level!
Blast:
Lightning speed allows two attacks at once! (Bonus damage: minor)
Blitz:
Attacks miss or do big damage! Odds are better when your HP is low!
Central Tower:
Raises a tower of coins at the stage’s center! Tower size increases with level!
Charm:
A strange attraction lowers all enemies’ attack power!
Cheer Up:
Boost ally morale with every attack, healing a lot of HP!
Coin Fall:
Rains coins down upon the stage’s center! Coin count increases with level!
Coin Line:
Rains coins down upon the stage’s center! Coin count increases with level!
Coin Share:
Shares coins with allies, increasing the whole team’s attack count!
Color Boost:
Ups attack the more monsters of user’s element are on screen!
Combo Artist:
Extends the window for chaining combos and ups combo damage!
Combo God:
Combos never end! Also ups combo damage!
Combo Master:
Greatly extends the window for chaining combos and ups combo damage!
Comeback Call:
Drops a last-ditch Comeback Cube! Cube skill increases with level!
Cost Crusade:
Greatly boosts attack power of user & allies with same attack cost!
Counter:
Counterattacks whenever the enemy attacks!
Crocodile Tears:
Pretends to cry when hit, extorting silver coins from foes!
Curing Wind:
Shrouds allies in a healing breeze, raising heal coins’ effect!
Divine Heal:
Monitors ally (race_name)s’ health, protecting them from poison, sleep, and confusion!
Divine Pusher:
Accelerates the pusher and draws it closer as well!
Double Coin Wall:
Creates a wall of coins along both sides of the stage! Coin count increases with level!
Drain:
Saps enemy life away, stealing HP each time you attack!
E Coin Wall:
Creates a wall of coins along the stage’s right side! Coin count increases with level!
East Tower:
Raises a tower of coins at the stage’s right! Tower size increases with level!
East Wall:
Erects a wall at the stage’s right edge!
End Pusher:
Bends gravity to pull the pusher all the way forward!
Explosion:
Leads allies in a charge, making their attacks hit all enemies!
Fire Boost:
Calls upon roaring flames to boost Fire-type allies’ attacks!
Fire Fever:
Calls upon the inferno to greatly boost Fire-type allies’ attacks!
Firewave Boost:
Greatly boosts attack power for Fire- and Water-type allies!
Flank Attack:
Coins that fall off the sides deal damage to the enemy!
Focus:
Holds back, then looses stored attacks! Tap monster icon to cancel. Wait time increases with level!
Gold Strike:
Counts every gold coin as two silver coins!
Great Wall:
Draws power from the ground to erect walls on both sides!
Halt Pusher:
Brings stasis, halting the pusher! Tap monster icon to cancel.
Haste:
Improves efficiency, lowering attack cost by one coin!
Heal:
Harnesses life energy to heal HP! Healing increases with level!
Heal Fever:
Strange magic makes enemies drop all heal coins!
Heal Strike:
Counts every heal coin as two silver coins!

A strange obsession greatly lowers all enemies’ attack power!

Loop:
Opens wormholes on both sides, returning lost coins to the stage!
Lullaby:
Lulls all foes to sleep with a mystical melody!
Master Heal:
Harnesses life energy to heal a ton of HP! Healing increases with level!
Mirror Attack:
Conjures a force field to reflect enemy/attacks back at them!
Mirror Guard:
Deflects enemy attacks with an ironclad defense!
Mugging:
Mercilessly steals silver coins from foes when attacking!
North Tower:
Raises a tower of coins at the stage’s top! Tower size increases with level!
Null Boost:
Calls upon the emptiness to boost Null-type allies’ attacks!
Oil Slick:
Makes the stage slick, allowing coins to slide!
One For All:
Joins allies in attack, striking whenever they do!
Power:
Taps into hidden energy stores to raise attack power!
Power Pusher:
Pulls the pusher closer with arcane power!
Reparations:
Demands justice when hit, collecting heal coins from foes!
Sacrifice:
Spends HP to rain coins down upon the stage’s center! Coin count increases with level!
Shadeshine Boost:
Greatly boosts attack power for Shadow- and Light-type allies!
Shadow Boost:
Calls upon deep shadow to boost Shadow-type allies’ attacks!
Shadow Fever:
Calls upon the abyss to greatly boost Shadow-type allies’ attacks!
Shakedown:
When nearby allies get coins, the user’s attack count goes up, too!
South Tower:
Raises a tower of coins at the stage’s bottom! Tower size increases with level!
Stop:
Brings time to a halt, completely stopping enemy attack counts!
Storm:
Godly speed allows two attacks at once! Major bonus damage!
Super Heal:
Harnesses life energy to heal even more HP! Healing increases with level!
Sync:
Uses the ally skill last used in that mission! Skill effect increases with level!
Takeover:
Possesses the locked-on enemy, making it hit itself when attacking!
Threaten:
Intimidates enemies, preventing them from using skills while active!
Tough Love:
Hard-hitting love earns heal coins from foes when attacking!
Tri Tower:
Erects three coin towers on the stage! Tower size increases with level!
Turbo Pusher:
Accelerates the pusher with mysterious power!
Twin Shot:
Adds an illusory coin for every coin you collect!
Vibe:
Tap the monster icon to fling coins closer with a vertical shake!
W Coin Wall:
Creates a wall of coins along the stage’s left side! Coin count increases with level!
Water Boost:
Calls upon crashing waves to boost Water-type allies’ attacks!
Water Fever:
Calls upon torrents to greatly boost Water-type allies’ attacks!
West Tower:
Raises a tower of coins at the stage’s left! Tower size increases with level!

Wood Boost:
Calls upon mother nature to boost Wood-type allies’ attacks!

Leader Skill Information

Unlocking Leader Skill Basic
Leader skills are activated when you evolve a monster. All of the evolved monsters have leader skills. However, they are all different and the leader skills cannot be leveled up.

Most of the R and below ranked monsters have leader skills that boost particular race’s ATK or HP. However, some SR units have strong powerful leadership skills that let you tackle much harder missions and bosses.

Friendship Leadership Skill
The leadership skills from your mission combat support can be activated only when they are your friends. It appears that the leadership bonus can stack which makes them even stronger.
