Power Service Analysis
Power is one of the first utility that you have to prepare for your Sims citizens. Electricity generation buildings can travel along connected roadways. There are main two types of power utilities – Dirty or Green. Dirty power utilities include coal power plants, green power utilities include wind or solar.
Analysis: Based on the table and cost analysis, the cheapest power building to run in SimCity BuildIt is either Coal power plant or oil power plant. While the oil power plant is a better choice in terms of land efficiency.
However, the most efficient power plant to run is the fusion as it offers the most power per land slot.

Water Service Analysis
Similar to electricity, water travels along the roadways to reach residential areas. You have to make sure all of your residential buildings receive water supplies. SimCity BuildIt has two types of water buildings at the time of writing:
Analysis: It is better to use a simple basic water pump. It is cheaper in terms of coin cost and land efficiency.

Fire Service Analysis
Fire buildings are needed to cover your residential areas to prevent fire. Start with the smaller fire stations as they will be easier to manage at later time. You will two additional services that need to cover your residential areas.
Analysis: The stronger fire station provides a more efficient design and coverage to your City. However, because of the high unit cost, you will likely not have the deluxe fire station until very late game.

Police Service Analysis
Level 12 is when you will have to worry about crime safety of your City. Build police buildings to cover your residential areas. We recommend that you start with small police stations and work your way towards the bigger ones.
Analysis: The stronger police station is better in terms of per square cost and efficiency. However, because of the really high building cost, we do not recommend it until very late game.

Sewage
Sewage is a service that is like power or electricity. You will have to connect it to a roadway for it to function. Two out of the three available buildings have a dirty radius so you better place them away from your neighborhood areas.
Analysis: The Basic Sewage Outflow pipe is a far superior building compare to the other two. Although it does have a bigger dirty radius, they generally do not matter much as you will have enough space away from your residential locations.

Waste Management Service Analysis
Level 14 unlocks the requirement for the waste management service, it functions the same way as Water and Power. Your main goal is to load the waste management as far away from the residential area. You will not need to change your City’s layout as much since they do not need to cover your residential slots.
Analysis: The best waste manage building in terms of efficiency and cost is the garbage incinerator. You simply have to make sure to place it at the far end of your map, because of the high dirty radius.

Health Analysis
The last service that gets unlocked is Health at level 16. The last piece of the puzzle can quickly drain your coin coffer if you are not careful. You should generally be OK by this stage if you capped your residential buildings. If you did not, expect your City to go into panic mode with happiness rating dropping below 80 at least.
Analysis: Like Fire and Police buildings, the strongest and expensive deluxe station offers the best bang for your money. However, because of its extremely high cost, you should only go for this option at or near end game.

Park Analysis
Parks are one of the most important buildings in the game, they boost your Sim’s happiness level as well as pushing your population level. Having a park that covers 5+ residential buildings with a 20% gain is like building a skyscraper instantly. We have listed out all the SimCity Buildit parks to help you compare between them.
Analysis: SimCity Buildit offers quite a few premium parks, however, their high cost makes them very highly inefficient. But if you have tons of real life money to waste, they can be a valid option.
For the pure in game currency, the best park to use when you have money is a combination of Sculpture garden and Row of Trees, they offer 30% boost to your population while having different grid behaviors which can complement one another. Your goal is to design your City in such a way that your parks cover as many residential buildings as possible.
If you are short on cash or just starting, the best park is Reflecting Pool for 25% population boost at 8000 coins. You typically should not go for any other parks because they are less economical for the coins you spend.
