To obtain mastery or stars for the different missions and chapter in Marvel Avengers Alliance, you will need to achieve high number of points based on the battles that you score during each of the fights. This guide will shed some light on how these mastery points are calculated in game. This Marvel mastery score is a total of a different scores and multipliers. These include: Vitality, Overkill, Rounds, Victory, Body Count, Endurance, SHIELD, Avengers, Hero Survival Multiplier and Threat Multiplier. Base Bonus Battle Mastery Scores
Vitality – 500 Bonus Points Max
Earn Vitality bonus points by winning the battle with a high amount of health, the point decreases as you receive more damage during the battle.
Overkill – 150 Bonus Points Max
Deal more damage to enemies than what is needed to win. It appears that you need do to roughly 30~40 damage than their remaining health points to earn this credit.
Rounds – 500 Bonus Points Max
Bonus for finishing the battle in a low number of turns, the point decreases by 100 points after the first round.
Victory – 500 Points
Base score that is given for successfully completing the fight with a victory.
Each victory grants you 500 points.
Body Count – 150 points per enemy
Bonus for the number of enemies that you defeat. Depending on the different types of enemies that you face in MAA, you will receive differing battle mastery points for the body count.
Endurance – 150 Bonus Points
Bonus for not resting at all during the fight, you will earn 150 points for completing the fight without resting.
One-Shot – 150 Bonus Points per One Shot Kill
Marvel Avengers Alliance bonus battle points per every one hit kills.
Quartermaster- 250 Max Points Bonus
Bonus points of 125 for using at least 5 items plus 25 points per item after that to a maximum of 250 bonus battle score points total.

Depending on the type of teams that you put together, you will obtain various point bonuses, use these team up boosts to maximize your point gain.

Mastery Points Multipliers
Hero Survivor Multiplier
Multiples your score by the total number of heroes that remain standing after the fight.
Three heroes = Base Score x 3
Two heroes = Base score x 2
Threat Multiplier
Multiples your score by the threat level of the enemies you defeated (x1 being the lowest multiplier)
Low Threat = Base Score x 1
Medium Threat = Base Score x 1.5
High Threat = Base Score x 2
Boss Fight Multiplier
Threat bonus score multiplier does not apply to boss fights. Boss multiplier will be instead used in the mastery score calculation in Marvel Avengers Alliance.
Mini Boss = Base Score x 3
Boss = Base Score x 5
Epic Boss = Base Score x 10
Multiple Bosses
2 Birds (2 Bosses Together) = Base Score x 10

There is also a threat multiplier “Two birds” = Base Score x 10. It applies for the fights there u challenge Boss and Mini Boss at the same time. U can do it if u fight Boss without previously defeating Mini Boss.
There is also a threat multiplier “Three birds” = x 15. Some boss battles lets you fight two minibosses at a time. Difficult but gives you even more XP and score.
the right word is three of a kind… CMIIW
it save alot energy and give you big point for mastery but i recomend do it when you are much more stronger than the boss
Do “deploy mission(s)” affect chapter mastery?
Only 500 points per deployment… Laaaaame…
because of deployment, i didn’t gt my chapter master reward in chapter 2, i got all the stars including premium stage but my reward(golden tonfa) didnt appear to me.. well, i must be more aware in chapter 3

Epic overkill is the best =]
“one shot” is the best it gives you 150 score per enemy and still doesn’t involve the overkill points..

damn! i completed all the stars in chapter 2 but i got nothing on my master reward.. i always deploy character because it’s a requirement in there.. i always fought mini boss and boss in 1 battle.. got many over kills and epic over kills.. this is so frustrating.. i dunt wanna play this game anymore.. it’s just a waste of time and $.
dude u just need to reload your browser then check on your inventory and it will be there

I’m a level 80 Generalist. I recently added a lvl 89 friend. This guy somehow has very high mission scores (689,334,500 in mission 8-4) This probably means that he gets 5 star mastery by playing a mission only once.
Any idea how to get such high scores?
this means that he/she has played the mission several times over. not possible to get that high of a score on one/first play through of a mission.

I am level 121 Generalist and I still cant make that kind of score..that is cheating..I have one on my list too and his score is really WTF..and he is only level 45…??? checked is profile and his heroes are not even reach level 8 i mean..none of his heroes does…

I have only 25K points left to complete 5 stars on a chapter, do i need to go all the way and defeat the boss, or can i just complete 2-3 fights and move on to another chapter?

The Quartermaster bonus can go up all the way to 1250 points (the maximum I got)…
Hawkeye and Black Widow offer the biggest bonus ever! I dunno if this is just for the movie costumed Hawkeye and Black Widow but there is a 50 pt bonus called Red in the Ledger meaning altogether, this pair has a bonus of 200 points.
They’re a pretty deadly combo, especially if you’ve gotten the first spec op unlock that exploit weakened (Black Widow’s ‘Widow’s Bite’ attack weakens). I think the ‘Red in the Ledger’ bonus is new per the update, but the 200 total bonus from using them is pretty cool.
Black Cat & Hawkeye have the “Red in the Ledger” bonus too.
