What are Thirst of Night Gargoyles

Gargoyles can be thought of as pet system where you will have to find items and doing research. It will add power to your troops and make it easier for you to win battles.

Enabling Gargoyles in Battle

The main steps to enable Thirst of Night Gargoyle fighting includes collecting Gargoyle Armor Sets (all four pieces), Upgrading Gargoyle Perch to level 8, and lastly researching Gargoyle technology of Gargoyle Agility to at least level 1. As a side note for Gargoyle Agility, it is the last research capability that will require Bell Tower to be built, Selective Breeding to be researched for the Gargoyle Agility to be unlocked.

What are Gargoyle Armor

There are types of Gargoyle Armor sets. These Gargoyle armor sets are Gargoyle Armor and Gargoyle Wolf Armor. The Gargoyle Armor set contains 4 parts which are Gargoyle Claws, Gargoyle Arm, Gargoyle Chestplate, and Gargoyle Head. The Gargoyle Wolf Set contains Wolf Iron Jaw, Wolf Helmet, Wolf Booster, and Wolf Claws. You will need to have full set of Gargoyle Armor or Gargoyle Wolf Armor as a part of the requirement to activate your Gargoyle into battle.

You will need the Gargoyle Armor for your First City’s Gargoyle, and the Gargoyle Wolf Set for your Purpleblood pup which is used for the Outpost.

Obtaining Gargoyle Armor

There are mainly two ways to get the Gargoyle Armor. The noncash paying way is to hit the Redblood Camps, however if you want to obtain the Gargoyle Armor fast, paying money and using rubies to get the Gargoyle Armors is the fastest. Below are the details for getting the Gargoyle Armor in Thirst of Night. You can view the armor pieces that you have obtained in Gargoyle Perch. In addition, it should be noted that it is not possible to receive duplicated Gargoyle Armor pieces in Thirst of Night, in either Redblood Camps or Armor Chests.

Redblood Camp Gargoyle Armor Pieces

You can obtain the armor pieces when you defeat level 5 or above Redblood camps. The higher the level of Redblood Camps, the higher chance of you obtaining the armor pieces. However, the camp has to be regenerated to I believe roughly 70% units to give you the chance of obtaining armor pieces. However the chance to be increased when you attack a camp with 100% units. You can try to rotate through several targets to increase the odds of obtaining Gargoyle Armors.

Obtaining Through Item Shop

The armor pieces can be also purchase in the item shop. Below are the usual prices and not included the limited time sales and other specials etc. If you want to obtain the armor pieces fast, purchasing the entire set is more cost effective.

Wolf Armor Chest
The Wolf Armor Chest in Thirst of Night costs 300 Ruby. It contains the entire Gargoyle Wolf Armor set.
Gargoyle Armor Chest
The Gargoyle Armor Chest contains the entire Gargoyle Armor pieces and costs 275 Ruby.
Gargoyle Boost Chest
This Gargoyle Boost Chest costs 95 Ruby with 1 Gargoyle Armor piece, 1x Amethyst Fury, 1x Amethyst Courage, and Vengeance.

Missing Armor Pieces for Gargoyle Wolf Set

If you do not have an outpost yet and you receive the Gargoyle Wolf Armor set, the pieces are not lost or disappear into limbo. You will be able to see the armor pieces as soon as you have your Thirst of Night Outpost built.

Selecting Gargoyle for Battle

Once you have reached all the necessary Thirst of Night Gargoyle combat requirements, you can then send it out for battle. You will be able to select it on the General selection screen when you sent out troops. However, it should be noted that by sending out Gargoyles for battle, your own City’s defenses will be weakened by the lack of Gargoyle in your own City or Outpost.

Item Boosts for Thirst of Night Gargoyle

Amethyst Fury improves the Attack capabilites of all your Gargoyles, and Amethyst Courage improves the Defense capabilities of all your Gargoyles. Both of these items are active for 24 hours once they are used. They can be obtained through quests, Lilith’s Luck, Item Shop, and occasionally as loots from battles.
